All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrakesh, Morocco, and are all fulfilled by UPS or DHL.
Orders placed online typically arrive within 7/10 business day from the date when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay, you will be noticed by e-mail.
We offer FREE, safe, trackable shipping via UPS or DHL for all orders.
All shipments outside of Morocco are done by UPS or DHL express delivery, and a tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation email.
